The Hario syphons are easy to use with the included alcohol burner or they can be also be used with a gas rekrow burner.
Add desired amount of hot water into the bottom bowl using the cup indicator printed on the glass. Set the filter in place, add 15g of coffee grounds into the top chamber and place the alcohol burner underneath the syphon. As the water comes to boiling point it will move to the top chamber, ensure you stir the coffee to ensure an even brew.
Allow to brew for roughly 3 minutes (depending on desired taste), remove the heat, which will cause the coffee to go back down into the lower bowl. At this point, you are ready to serve delicious hot coffee directly with the mocha syphon.
